Tip 2: Calf raises
Anywhere you are standing up (like waiting in line at the ATM or grocery store) you can do these. I thought this was a good illustration but you DEFINITELY don't need the heavy weight up top (only if you want to...at the gym not in line at Safeway lol)
I like to do 3 sets of 20 at a time when I'm just standing at work behind the desk or when I'm reading standing up (see below).

A new series (or my first series evar HAH)
Hello bloggerians! Happy friday!
I barely use this thing but my popular demand (haha not really) i've decided to blog about my life --more specifically my fitness tips that I think you all will enjoy and benefit from :)

STAND UP. SITTING ON YOUR BUTT DOES NO GOOD.
my housemate hannah can tell you. Studying standing up is great! :)
